What does Exponential Sales do?

Short answer: We provide outsourced sales services to businesses with the ultimate goal of increasing their revenues through sales growth.

Long answer: We offer 4 different outsourced sales services. Each are a practical and effective solution for common business challenges and every single one of them will lead to increased revenue and growth!  Our most popular service is our Advanced Sales Program. We assess your company to see where you are at in various areas of business. We propose a custom plan that is tailored with recommendations on how to reach your goals. We make sure those goals tie in to the most important one – increasing revenue. Now the most important part: we work alongside you and your team to actually put that plan into action. We continue to work alongside you until your goals are met and your company has all the skills, people and systems in place to continue growing sales for years to come. Aren't you consultants?

Typically, a true consultant provides a business assessment of some kind then presents plan on how to improve your business. That’s usually it. You are sometimes left with more work then you even originally thought and that is a very intimidating problem you now have. If your company has the ability to do that, then we wish you the best. Just make sure that means your company has the time, resources, skill sets and expertise available for all of that. Not to mention, someone with the ability to keep everyone on track and focused through what can be some rather big changes.

Yes, we do the typical consulting assessment in our Advanced Sales Program and provide custom recommendations afterwards. BUT, we take those recommendations and actually do the necessary work with you and your team to complete all necessary changes to execute tactical sales and marketing plans. If all you want is an assessment and plan, we are not the company for you. In our other sales services, again we are very hands on and intensive. A typical consultant usually doesn’t have the resources available to provide the level of service we do and this is where we stand out.

What areas of our business do you work with?

Our area of expertise is sales and marketing. We don’t pretend to be great at anything else. Lately we have really been rocking sales training. At times, we have to look at other areas of your business but only as they effect sales and marketing. If we find you require work outside of our services, we do have a large network of trusted partners we would be happy to connect you with.  As long as the work gets done and done well, we are happy.

What industries do you work with?

Great question. We have worked with practically all industries over our history from an extensive list of manufacturing industries to software and technology services. We have even worked with clean energy companies, pharma and venture capital groups. Check out a few of our past clients to get a feel of our history.

What will my program include?

To be honest, no idea. We don’t know your company yet and we aren’t about to make any empty promises. Before starting any program we like to sit down and get to know your company. We determine if we are a good fit for your needs and go from there. From small and targeted to long term broad and extensive programs, what we offer depends entirely on your company needs. You ultimately decide what is best for your company.

What if my company goals change?

Change is constant so we have learned to expect changes at any given point. Shifting markets, completed mergers, unexpected economic pressures, changes to product/services, and the list goes on of situations that have and will pop up. We have built our programs to be broken out into smaller timeframes anywhere between 3 to 6 months to help manage this. If something critical happens, we sit down with you and discuss our plan moving forward. Based on what we all agree on, we usually can come up with a solution. We are upfront and honest with you at all times. If at any time we feel we aren’t delivering enough to justify the cost, you will be the first to know.

How long does a program run?

Not an easy question since this depends on a variety of factors. Typically an Advanced Sales Program lasts anywhere between 6 to 18 months, we renew contracts every 6 months. The average client is with us for about a year. Some clients can’t get enough of us and have been with us for years! That being said, our goal is to move your company through its program as quickly as possible giving you the tools and training you need to move forward once we are gone. Our other services are much shorter between 3 to 6 months in total.

Is the initial analysis included in the Advanced Sales Program?

Yes, is the first step we take in delivering your program. Once the analysis is completed, you will receive the results and recommendations. This document will outline your customized program with timeframes and goals. Usually this takes about 4 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the strategic planning, research and availability of your people.

We are not located near you, how will you deliver services?

We deliver our programs through a variety of ways and it depends on the service you choose. The Power Sales Workshop is done in person. The Sales Onboarding Program and Sales Training Boot Camp are done entirely remotely. The Advanced Sales Program is split between in person, phone and video meetings. Depending on your exact locations, travel costs may be covered. Potential travel costs will be discussed before beginning your program and confirmed each time before travel arrangements are made.

How do you charge for your services?

All this wonderful information is located in each listed service page. We want to be completely transparent and don’t feel that making someone call us just to find out a price range is the right thing to do.

Can I hire you just to sell our products and/or services?

We get asked this all the time and the firm answer is no. There are many outsource sales companies that strictly sell on behalf of their client but we are not one of them. However, there are clients for whom as part of their program or after, we can provide direct sales services like this.

Do you provide sales training?

Yes, in a variety of ways. We have the Power Sales Workshop which is a hard hitting 4 day workshop spread out over about a month for larger sales teams. They are great for exposing everyone to new sales concepts and getting them excited. Our Sales Training Boot Camp is the ideal choice for providing more individualized sales training and coaching over 12 weeks in group sessions. Very good for new hires, less experienced sales people or those who are struggling. The Sales Onboarding Program combines recruiting/hiring sales people with the Sales Training Boot Camp. Finally, the Advanced Sales Program includes sales training that will be built into your program. How extensive it is and how it is delivered depends on your company needs. We might suggest online support training, in the field direct training, one-on-one coaching sessions or a combination for this program option.


Can you also train managers and executives?

Yes, in fact it’s also built in to our programs. Without solid ongoing management and accountability all of our work would be soon forgotten.

How do we know we are still on track after the work?

As part of our work we create systems and processes that are customized for your business. These build in accountability and measurement for every aspect of your sales and marketing efforts.
