Thomas has been involved in sales and executive sales management for over 30 years. During this time he has achieved many sales and marketing accreditations from numerous associations and groups. Many of these designations are in the technology, manufacturing, renewable resources, financial, and distribution industries but all are focused on implementing sales & marketing programs for the purpose of driving revenues. Thomas has traveled and worked across all areas of North America and Europe; developing revenues and programs for many different industries and organizations ranging from start-ups to enterprise level. Like Exponential Sales® – Thomas believes that actions and results speak much clearer and bring more value than recommendations or reports ever could.
Stuart is a serial entrepreneur having started in public accounting with Deloitte in 1981. After qualifying as a C.A., Stuart established the information systems consulting practice of the Winnipeg Office in 1984 and grew it to a size of six, full-time professionals when Deloitte merged with Touche Ross in 1990. He worked in Audit and Assurance, Information Systems Audit and Controls, Financial and Special Services and served a wide-range of publicly-traded and privately-owned enterprises. Following his tenure at Deloitte, Stuart continued public practice in both accountancy and consultancy with his own firm which was acquired in 2003 by MNP. Stuart established a VAR and IT consultancy that grew to become the 6th largest reseller for Sage ERP and CRM in North America in 2008 when it was acquired by a VAR of similar size. For the past ten years, Stuart has worked with clients, "hands-on", growing their businesses both organically and by merger and acquisition.
Richard has over 20 years in Executive Management as a President and CEO covering various industries including; manufacturing, sports recreation, golf, consumer products, not-for-profit/charitable, retail and technology throughout North America. He also has an additional 25 years in Executive Sales Management. Richard owns his own executive mentoring company supporting Owners, Presidents and CEO’s to meet their vision for their company. He brings his sales management expertise to Exponential Sales® to support SME’s that are seeking to maximize their sales efforts and grow the professionalism of their team.
Gord has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of sales related to IT and education. He also worked at an executive level and has been a volunteer leader in the City, most recently as the Chair of the Games Services Committee, during the 2017 Canada Summer Games. He has successfully managed projects in North America and Africa. He brings these experiences to Exponential Sales to help facilitate revenue and employee growth in organizations.
With a start in IT, Bryce worked a variety of support and deployment roles for local Telecommunications and global resource companies. Always eager to experience and learn something new, he moved over to sales and client management, where he worked on behalf of manufacturing and distribution clients to develop B2B leads and business. Most recently, he has been working in direct sales and client development within the travel industry, and is now taking his wide range of experience back to Exponential.
Matt has an extensive background in technical roles ranging from audio production, IT, and web development. Most recently, as the owner of Head Forward Business Solutions Matt helped numerous small and mid-sized businesses manage their technical and marketing pursuits. With Head Forward's integration into the Exponential Sales family, he now implements technical and creative solutions within Expo and on behalf of our clients.
